Sure you can. Ask for a raise on the allowance, and you're good to go. Do a couple more chores around the house, or something along those lines.
Are you telling me that you can't come up with $15/month (or whatever your local currency might be) so you won't feel people with two accounts have an advantage over you?

Hey, I have an idea. It's not fair that a number of other people started playing two years ago, and I just started 6 months ago. They need to have all their skillpoints removed, or I need mine boosted so it'll be 'fair' for me!

It was toally fair, whitin the game. You took the risk to allow yourself to be ganked by 6 players.
But the fairnis i am talking about is not whitin the game, but fairnis of playing the game. They have a adventage i am unable to get whitin the game mechanisme.
Look, there is one simple (and important) fact of life you're forgetting, and that several others have already pointed out on this thread a number of times:
Life is not fair.
You have no right to dictate what is and isn't fair simply because your own circumstances limit you in some way.
You need to learn to enjoy the game (as you have put it), instead of complaining about a perceived advantage by others with multiple accounts. If you can't enjoy the game, then it should be time for you to leave.
P.S. - I guess those Caldari space mining passes just aren't selling, so you have to come and whine about how others are playing the game, uh?
